Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Velvet application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Each user may only maintain one account.

4. Wallet & Payments

• Wallet top-ups are processed via UPI and manually verified by our team.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once credited to your wallet.
• We reserve the right to reject or reverse fraudulent transactions.
• Wallet balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems.
• Upload false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App.

6. Content & Profiles

All profiles on the platform are curated by the Velvet team. We make reasonable efforts to verify profiles, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties.

7. Marketplace

Products listed in the Velvet Store are fulfilled by third-party sellers. Velvet acts as a platform and is not responsible for product quality, shipping, or delivery disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and designs within the App are the property of Velvet and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Velvet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

11. Referral Program

Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate account termination.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
